LOVE AND DEATH -- The tiny but notorious town of Roswell, New Mexico is home to teenagers Liz Parker (Shiri Appleby) and Max Evans (Jason Behr), who forge an otherwordly connection when he risks his life to save hers. Max, his sister Isabel (Katherine Heigl) and his friend Michael (Brendan Fehr) share an unbelievable secret - they were orphaned on Earth after the infamous 1947 crash of an alien spaceship - and are passing unnoticed as "normal" teenagers. The teens band together to outwit the local Sheriff (William Sadler) who has long-standing personal reasons for wanting to expose the truth about the 1947 crash.
